Drag and Drop Scheduling and Bulk Editing

Our new updates today are focused on scheduling efficiency. The first will allow you to quickly move visits to different times and fine-tune the order in which you expect them to occur. The second can save a lot of time if you do multiple "Set to" actions on the schedule on the same visit(s). Enjoy!

Drag and Drop Scheduling

Fine tuning the order of visits is an essential tool when it comes to planning sitter routes throughout the day. With our drag and drop scheduling you can quickly and easily reorder upcoming visits.

Any visits that have not been Completed, Canceled or are In Progress can be reordered within the same day
Click and drag the visit to the order that you prefer. If necessary, the Time Block and Specific Time will be updated automatically by the system to fit the new order

Bulk Editing

Using the checkboxes you can select multiple items and with those items make multiple changes at once using Bulk Edit.

On any page, select one or more items using the checkboxes
Select the changes that will be made from the Bulk Edit choices and click the "Save" button
Each individual change will be saved in the Admin Log
You can disable the confirmation dialog by setting Confirmation Dialogs to "Off" on your My Account page

Additional Updates

If you're looking for a lower cost alternative to credit card processing where clients pay directly from their bank account, we now have fully integrated support for eCheck.net
Master Users can now make changes to other Master Users that were created after them
You can give Managers access to the Administrative > Users page where they can manage Pet Sitter User accounts. Note that if you have Managers with Page Permissions set to "All" they will already be able to do this

My managers LOVE it!!!! I also have been INCREDIBLY pleased from a management standpoint. I've been out of town and have had to use the app on my phone for most things.
