I love the ability to tailor the software to fit my needs. Many other companies are too cookie cutter. These guys really know that pet sitting companies are unique & we all have different preferences & needs. My clients love the GPS check in/ checkout & pet journal features. Its quick & easy for me to use, but it adds so much value to my pet sitting services. I also love that PayPal is connected to my invoices which makes client payments a breeze! Another nice feature are the how-to articles & manual. If you have issues finding the answer in those I have always received a response from Precise Pet Care within 24 hours with the answers I need. Oh & they are always finding ways to improve their program which means I can stay ahead of my competition! Bottom line I highly recommend this software.

Peace of Mind in-home pet care

Precise Petcare has been a breath of fresh air!! Love the look and feel, it's really easy to use once you get the hang of it, plus it has all the functions we need and more, to make scheduling, correspondence and payments, easy breezy! PPC is adding new features all the time and have since added a monthly Webinar session (+Q&A) to guide us every step of the way :) Oh!... PPC also recently added a new Private FB Support Group too- a place we can go to for help, any time of the day!.. I've learnt something new every day!! Thanks Precise Petcare for all our support.
