More Customizable Prices/Pay and Combined Options

We hope that everyone is off to a great start in 2015! We're looking forward to continuing to improve Precise Petcare. In case you haven't yet, make sure to fill out our Client Survey to provide your feedback for our priorities this year.
We've been working to get our pricing and pay system to be much more customizable, consistent and flexible across the board. Included in this latest update is a comprehensive upgrade in this regard to the entire system.
More Customizable Prices and Pay
You can now customize more than just the base price and pay for specific clients and sitters. Here is what else you can now customize by editing a Client on the Petcare > Client Profiles page or a Sitter on the Administrative > Users page:
- Surcharges
- Addon Services
- Additional Pet Pricing
You can also use custom prices and pay for "All" Services, Surcharges or Addon Services. If you use percentages for sitters this is great way to easily increase or decrease their pay across the board.
Petcare Options moved to Site Options
All of the options from the Petcare > Petcare Options page have been moved to the Administrative > Site Options page, where they are separated in grouped tabs. This allows for one point of entry for most of our options (the Billing Options haven't moved) and the grouping helps them to be easier to digest.
The link to the Petcare Options page (which now forwards to the Site Options) will stay for a while before it is removed. We will be updating the Support site to reflect these changes in the coming weeks.
Additional Updates
- Both Canceled visits and Notes can be toggled on and off on the Master Schedule calendar view using the associated checkboxes near the top next to where it says "Show:". These settings are remembered so you don't need to reapply them
- You can use Service: Set to: on the Master Schedule to bulk change service types for visits. This will automatically recalculate the visit price and pay
- On the Master Schedule you can bulk remove Addon Services or Surcharges using the associated button and selecting from the "Remove" list
- The Services Packages that you configure can "autofill" their settings when you're creating a package manually on the Package List page
- Clients can add packages themselves without first scheduling visits from their Package List page
