"Unavailable" Visit Status, New Visit Patterns and more

As this year continues to fly by and we wind into Fall we want to thank everyone again for your feedback and support of Precise Petcare! We have a few new updates for you today, which are detailed below.
For those of you that missed it, we have a new protocol in the case of an outage. We will be utilizing our Twitter page to communicate status updates. This provides us with a public page that is quick to update and accessible to everyone (you don't have to sign up for Twitter to view our Twitter page). The URL is https://twitter.com/precisepetcare.
"Unavailable" Visit Status
When clients request visits that the business is unable to provide you can use the new Unavailable visit status to better communicate and track them. This also allows you to be aware of any visits a client may still want performed if your availability changes.
New Visit Patterns
We have expanded the scheduling options that you have available when visits are being added from the Master Schedule or requested by clients from their My Schedule page.
Additional Updates
- If you are experiencing any issue with GPS locations not being captured consistently we've added a setting to not use the high accuracy mode on sitter's phones. This may help as the GPS coordinates could take longer to be reported in high accuracy mode. The setting can be found at Administrative > Site Options > Sitters & Journals > Sitter GPS Accuracy.
- Sitters can now delete their own draft journals (which haven't been sent to clients) by using the delete link at the bottom of the journal.
