Client Tips and Detailed Invoices

With spring right around the corner (up here in the Northeast at least) we're already enjoying another great year and many more updates and improvements to Precise Petcare. Our two new updates today are Client Tips and Detailed Invoices.

Client Tips

As gratuity is very common in the pet sitting industry we've wanted to add a "true" way to record tips for a while and now it has finally been implemented. We've added the ability for tips to be added to transactions by both management and clients when making a payment.

Detailed Invoices

It is useful for some companies to detail every charge separately when sending out invoices. The system is now setup to allow you to separate surcharges and Addon services to their own line item on invoices.

I love the ability to tailor the software to fit my needs. Many other companies are too cookie cutter. These guys really know that pet sitting companies are unique & we all have different preferences & needs. My clients love the GPS check in/ checkout & pet journal features.
