New for July: two new types of reports and a client manual!

New Report: Sitter Reliability

The Sitter Reliability reports allow you to get a detailed breakdown whether your sitters are arriving on time and staying for the expected amount of time. "Good" arrival/length is shown in green, while "bad" is shown in red.

New Report: Clients

The Client reports will allow you to break down your clients in many different ways. You can run reports based on date, location, tag, service and add your own custom searches. In addition to seeing client information you can see the reports broken down by number of clients.

Client Manual

There is now a client manual which is completely personalized to your site. Not only is it branded with your design settings, but it also shows directions based on how your site is configured.
