The system has gotten an overhaul from top to bottom for the first time since it was originally created in 2009. We have combined your feedback with our own vision of what we want Precise Petcare to be moving forward. Our goal is to give you, your staff and your clients a complete software upgrade while maintaining everything you already know and love!
The design of new interface will scale responsively on every device for a unified experience.
Buttons and branding are consistent on every page, public and private. Utilize the new universal footer for your social media links, contact information and business hours (setup now at Site Options > Branding).
Live Sitter Map
The system's Dashboard is getting a major upgrade, the flagship of which is the new Live Sitter Map. You can now visually see where each of your sitters are at any given moment, making staff management as easy as looking at a map.
The Live Sitter Map on the Dashboard shows one marker for each of your sitters and details their last known check in/out location along with any late arrivals. The map automatically refreshes every minute so you don't have to worry about reloading the page.
Quickly view GPS maps by clicking on the map marker icon without leaving the Dashboard.
Timeline for Clients
We wanted a streamlined way for clients to view their time-sensitive information. The Timeline provides a chronological rundown of Pet Care Journals and Invoices on their Dashboard. Clients have a quick view of the communication and photos for Journals along with the details and transactions applied for Invoices.
(My) Photos Page
Being able to access all photos in the old interface is limited only to Master Users. We wanted to open up the photos to all parties that should be able to see them. That means that in addition to the ability to give Managers access to the photos, clients can see all of the photos ever taken of their pets on their own My Photos page.
Shared Galleries
What's the point of having all of this easy access to photos with no way to share them? That's where Shared Galleries comes in: clients and staff can create galleries containing any number of selected photos which are optimized to be shared on social media and are branded to your business.
