1. About this page
This page explains how Precise Services, LLC, doing business as Precise Petcare, handles personal information covered by the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and similar United Kingdom data-protection requirements.

2. Definitions
For this page:
Precise Petcare means the software, website, and mobile applications we provide.
Business Customer means a pet care business or other organization that uses Precise Petcare.
User means an administrator, staff member, contractor, client, or other person who accesses Precise Petcare through a Business Customer's account.
Customer Data means information entered into or generated through a Business Customer's Precise Petcare account.
3. Our role
For most Customer Data, the Business Customer determines why and how personal information is collected and used. The Business Customer is generally the data controller, and Precise Petcare processes the information on its behalf.
Precise Petcare may act as a data controller for information used to manage our direct relationship with a Business Customer, including account, billing, support, security, and business-contact information.
Users should ordinarily contact the Business Customer that administers their account first with questions about information entered into that business's Precise Petcare account.
4. Information we process
Depending on how a Business Customer configures and uses Precise Petcare, information may include:
Names and contact information;
Business and account information;
Authentication information;
Addresses and home-access information;
Client, pet, veterinarian, and service information;
Staff availability and scheduling information;
Messages, photographs, notes, and other content;
Invoices and payment-related records;
Device, login, IP-address, usage, and security information;
Device location when location-enabled features are used; and
Information provided through customer-support requests.
Business Customers may configure Precise Petcare to request additional information needed for their services.
5. Why information is processed
Information is processed to:
Provide and operate Precise Petcare;
Perform our agreement with a Business Customer;
Authenticate users and protect account security;
Provide scheduling, communication, billing, reporting, GPS, and other requested features;
Provide customer support;
Maintain, diagnose, and improve the Service;
Prevent fraud and misuse;
Comply with legal obligations; and
Protect the rights and safety of Precise Petcare, our Business Customers, Users, and others.
Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis for processing is performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or consent.
When Precise Petcare processes Customer Data on behalf of a Business Customer, the Business Customer is responsible for identifying the appropriate legal basis and providing required notices to its Users.
6. Service providers
We use service providers to operate Precise Petcare and our business. These include providers of:
Cloud hosting and data storage;
Email and text-message delivery;
Mapping and location services;
Payment and subscription billing;
Customer support;
Security and error monitoring;
Business email and communications; and
Analytics and service improvement.
These providers process information only as needed to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law.
Business Customers may also connect Precise Petcare to third-party services of their choosing. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
We do not sell personal information.
7. Storage and international transfers
Precise Petcare is operated from the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States.
When GDPR-covered information is transferred outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we use appropriate protections as required by applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and controls intended to limit access to authorized personnel.
No method of storage or transmission can guarantee complete security.
8. Data retention
We retain information while an account is active and as needed to provide the Service.
Customer Data is scheduled for deletion 90 days after the applicable account is canceled or terminated.
Limited records may be retained longer for legal compliance, financial records, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution. Backup copies may remain until overwritten through normal backup-retention processes.
A Business Customer may delete individual User records or request deletion of its account data, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
9. Individual rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have the right to:
Access their personal information;
Correct inaccurate information;
Request deletion;
Restrict certain processing;
Object to certain processing;
Receive certain information in a portable format;
Withdraw consent when processing is based on consent; and
Submit a complaint to an applicable data-protection authority.
To exercise a right involving Customer Data, contact the Business Customer that administers the account or email info@precisepetcare.com.
We may need information to verify the identity and authority of the person making the request.
Requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive may be refused or subject to a reasonable fee where permitted by law.
10. Account and data deletion
Users may ask the Business Customer that administers their account to correct or delete their information.
Users and Business Customers may also submit a deletion request to info@precisepetcare.com. The request must contain enough information for us to identify and verify the relevant account.
Deleting an individual User account does not automatically cancel the Business Customer's paid Precise Petcare subscription.
